Don’t let my American accent fool you; I have called Melbourne, Australia my home for over 20 years. In my life outside the podcast, I work in the fitness industry. I love seeing humans make choices that allow them to live a rich and fulfilling life. I have three kids who keep me pretty busy, and a rambunctious puppy named Tux.

Beyond the juggle of parenting and work, I hold my family and friends close - I love catching up with my nearest and dearest over coffee and croissants, long walks or ocean swims. Being in the water is a real passion of mine, whether it’s laps of the pool or long swims in the open water. You’ll find me there most days, to clear my mind, help me connect to who I am, and to allow me to show up as the best parent, friend and partner possible.

I am inspired by deep conversations and honest, genuine connections. I love hearing people’s stories, understanding the questions they grapple with and the values that drive them. With a constant desire to experience open communication and genuine connection, I want this podcast to foster a supportive community for women facing crossroads in their personal lives.

Hi, I’m Whitney.
